For samples, the delivery time is approximately 15 to 30 days. For mass production, the delivery time is approximately 30 to 60 days after receiving the deposit and final approval of the production drawings. We can provide production progress and related photos every two weeks. The specific delivery time can be negotiated and confirmed with our sales team. We will do our best to meet your needs.
The warranty period is 12 months after shipment, and we are responsible for all quality issues. If a longer warranty period is required, detailed requirements can be made and negotiated.
The pallets are made of plywood, and we usually ship them by sea, but we can also choose to ship by train or air.
