1.Water flow control ‌ : Fully open or fully closed can be achieved by rotating the spherical valve core 90 degrees. It is convenient to operate and has strong sealing performance, making it suitable for frequent on-off scenarios (such as kitchens and bathrooms). ‌
2.Filtration protection ‌ : Some models are equipped with built-in filter screens that can intercept impurities in the pipeline (such as sand, welding slag), preventing clogging of equipment (such as water distributors), and are especially suitable for protection before the initial operation of the floor heating system. ‌ ‌

Product Features

Square shape for easy operation: the square design makes it convenient to fix and position during hot melting, and the one-piece formed structure is impact-resistant.
Corrosion resistance and anti-aging: PPR material is resistant to acids, alkalis, and oil stains, making it suitable for multiple media. Some are equipped with UV protection but may become brittle under sunlight.
Sealing and leak-proof: spherical surface + PTFE sealing, pressure resistance 1.6-2.5 MPa, spring compensation for wear.
90° quick control: 1/4 turn on/off; handle parallel/vertical display status prevents misoperation.
Flexible connection: focusing on PPR hot-melt seamless connection; some are equipped with internal and external threads to be compatible with metal pipes.
Wide temperature and pressure resistance: conventional -20 ℃ to 70 ℃; modified version can withstand 95 ℃, suitable for cold and hot water as well as HVAC systems.
Easy to maintain and economical: the components are detachable, lightweight (only 1/3 of metal), cost-effective for installation and maintenance.
Safety compliance: food-grade material free of heavy metals in line with ISO standards, suitable for drinking water scenarios.
