This grooved ball check valve is an automatic control valve for piping systems. It is made of ductile iron with anti-corrosive red paint on the surface, and is compatible with grooved pipe connections. Through the one-way rolling of the built-in rubber-coated ball, it enables forward flow and reverse blocking of media (water, hot water, etc.). It is widely used in fire protection, water supply and drainage, sewage treatment and other pipe networks, especially suitable for scenarios such as pump outlets that require prevention of media backflow.

Product Formation

A Grooved Y Strainer is a device designed to remove solid debris from flowing liquids, functionally identical to a flanged Y strainer. The key difference is its connection method: it features grooved ends that accept mechanical couplings instead of traditional bolted flanges.It uses "Grooved Coupling" for connection, which is a fast mechanical connection method that does not require welding or thread processing. When installing, use rubber sealing rings and clamps to tightly lock the two pipe ends with grooves together. This connection method is easy to install, shock-resistant, and allows for a certain degree of pipe end deflection. It is very suitable for fire protection, water supply and drainage systems, etc.
