The Automatic Exhaust Valve for Air Systems is a core component designed for fluid circulation systems, dedicated to automatically discharging air, gas and other non-condensable gases accumulated in pipelines without manual intervention. In air conditioning, heating, water supply and industrial fluid systems, the accumulation of gas will easily cause air resistance, pipeline corrosion, pump cavitation, uneven temperature and other problems, which seriously affect the operation efficiency and service life of the system.
Adopting advanced float-type or diaphragm-type mechanical structure, our automatic exhaust valve can quickly sense the gas accumulation in the system. When gas gathers at the top of the valve body, the float drops to open the exhaust port, and the gas is discharged efficiently; after the gas is exhausted, the liquid level rises, the float resets, and the exhaust port is automatically closed to prevent liquid leakage. 1. Full Automatic Intelligent Exhaust

Adopt high-sensitivity float or diaphragm mechanism, which can automatically detect the gas accumulation in the system and complete the exhaust and closing actions without manual operation. It realizes 24-hour unattended operation, reduces labor cost and avoids human error.

2. Efficient Exhaust & Zero Leakage

Optimized exhaust port design, large exhaust capacity, can quickly discharge a large amount of gas during system water injection, and can also continuously discharge trace gas during operation. After exhaust, the sealing surface fits closely, and the EPDM/VITON sealing ring ensures zero liquid leakage, which is safe and reliable.

3. Corrosion Resistance & Long Service Life

Valve body and bonnet are made of CW617N brass alloy or 304/316 stainless steel; internal float, valve stem, spring and filter screen are all stainless steel, which can effectively resist oxidation and corrosion of media such as water and ethylene glycol solution, and the service life is more than 5 years.

4. Anti-clogging Design

Built-in high-precision stainless steel filter screen, which can filter impurities such as iron filings and hemp threads in the system, prevent the exhaust port from being blocked and affect the sealing performance. The filter screen is detachable and easy to clean and maintain.

5. Wide Adaptability

It is suitable for media such as water and ethylene glycol solution (maximum 60% concentration), and the applicable temperature range is -20℃~120℃, which can meet the working requirements of heating, air conditioning, industrial pipelines and other different systems. The nominal pressure is up to 16bar, and it is compatible with various working pressures.

6. Easy Installation & Maintenance

Standard thread connection (G1/4", G1/2", G3/4", etc.), which can be directly installed at the highest point of the pipeline or the gas gathering part. It is recommended to install a stop valve at the inlet for easy maintenance without shutting down the whole system.
