Agricultural Rubber Lined Canvas Fire Fighting Hoseis a composite structure fire hose

specially used in agricultural fire-fighting scenarios. Its core structure is based on the composite technology of tubular fabric (cylindrical cloth) and rubber lining, combining the mechanical strength of canvas with the corrosion resistance and high-pressure resistance properties of rubber.

It uses high-strength polyester canvas or glass fiber/synthetic fiber blended canvas as the base material (Reference Material 2), adopts a double-layer structure (surface warp and inner warp arranged in a 1:1 ratio, surface weft and inner warp interwoven synchronously) and forms a continuous tubular cylinder shape through weaving processes (such as rapier looms/shuttleless looms), constituting the skeleton layer of the water hose.

The fabric must have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and strong bending resistance (Material 2). At the same time, its fire resistance is improved through flame-retardant modification (such as adding flame retardants like nano-aluminum trioxide and aluminum hydroxide, Reference Material 1) to meet the possible open flame or high temperature risks in agricultural environments.

It is a customized industrial textile that combines traditional fire hoses with the needs of agricultural scenarios, balancing functionality, durability, and safety.
