This brass automatic air vent valve is a high-performance piping accessory designed to efficiently eliminate trapped air (or non-condensable gases) from water systems—ensuring smooth flow, reducing energy waste, and extending the lifespan of pipeline equipment.

Crafted from durable HPb59-1 brass, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance and pressure tolerance (rated for 1.0~1.6MPa), making it suitable for heating systems, water supply networks, and HVAC circuits. The built-in float mechanism enables automatic, precise exhaust: when air accumulates, the float drops to open the valve and release air; once air is discharged, the float rises to seal the valve (exhausts air only, no water leakage).

Featuring a 1/2" (DN15) external thread connection (compliant with ISO228/BSP standards), it can be easily installed at the high points of pipelines. A built-in filter screen prevents debris from clogging the valve core, ensuring long-term reliable operation.
