Key points for daily inspection and maintenance

To ensure the normal operation of the pressure gauge and alarm valve group, regular inspection and maintenance are required

Regular observation: During daily inspections, check the readings of the two pressure gauges to confirm that the pressure is normal and stable, and record the pressure values.

Calibration accuracy: According to the specification requirements, pressure gauges should undergo accuracy calibration every six months to one year to ensure accurate readings. Unqualified ones need to be replaced in a timely manner.

Check the appearance: Inspect whether the pressure gauge dial is clear, whether the glass is intact, and whether there is any leakage at the connection interface. Deal with any damage found in time.

Abnormal handling: Once abnormal pressure is detected, the cause must be immediately investigated. If pipeline leakage is confirmed, it should be repaired promptly. If the valve malfunctions, professional personnel should be contacted for repair or replacement.
