Standard Response Concealed Fire Sprinkler
K8.0 standard response concealed pendent sprinkler (Fusible link) incorporates a cover plate to conceal operational parts for aesthetic consideration. When exposed to specific temperature of fire, cover plate falls away and deflector is released to work similar as recessed sprinkler.The working principle of the standard reactive concealed fire sprinkler is mainly based on the thermal expansion principle of the glass bubble or bimetal sheet. When the ambient temperature exceeds the set value, the glass bubble breaks or the bimetal sheet bends, allowing water to spray out of the nozzle and cover the fire source.
