Grooved Indicating Butterfly Valve adopts ductile iron or cast iron as its main body material and utilizes grooved connection (no flange welding required, enabling quick pipeline connection via grooved clamps). It features a core visual opening - closing indication device (such as a dial, pointer, or color marker on the top of the valve stem) to intuitively show the “open/closed” status of the valve. The valve plates are mostly made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and the sealing surfaces employ EPDM/NBR rubber (for soft sealing) or metal sealing. Its common diameter range is DN50–DN300, pressure ratings are mostly PN1.0–PN2.5, and the applicable medium temperature ranges from - 10 °C to 120 °C, making it suitable for water, fire - fighting water, neutral industrial fluids, etc.
