The Tyco DSB-2 type heat insulation sealing sleeve is a low-temperature environmental protection component specially designed for the DS-1 series dry nozzles. It is used to seal the air gap between the nozzle connection pipe and the insulation structure to prevent cold air leakage, which may cause pipe icing or seal failure.

The closed-cell rubber-plastic foam layer blocks cold bridges, maintaining the surface temperature of the sprinkler adapter pipe above the dew point to prevent condensation.The aluminum foil composite glass fiber cloth layer reflects over 95% of radiant heat, minimizing external heat ingress and ensuring stable gas pressure within the pipe.

Sealed Anti-Leakage Design

The nitrile rubber O-ring forms a tight seal with the sprinkler thread, resulting in a gas leakage rate of ≤0.01 mL/min (at 1 bar pressure).

The clamp-type fastening can withstand temperature cycle shocks from -40°C to +80°C, with no loosening observed after 500 test cycles.

Easy Installation and Maintenance

It can be installed manually without tools, with a single-unit installation time of ≤30 seconds.

It features a reusable design; only the O-ring requires replacement during maintenance (spare part No.: TY-OS-001).
