Product Features

VK102 260℃ chimney sprinkler head is a dedicated fire protection component designed for high-temperature and corrosive environments of industrial chimneys. It solves the problems of chimney flue gas cooling, acid gas neutralization, and smoke suppression through high-temperature resistant materials, corrosion-resistant structures, precise atomization design, and FM certification standards. Its features are as follows:

High-temperature resistant body design: The body is cast with thickened 316L stainless steel (022Cr17Ni12Mo2), and the inner wall is polished (Ra ≤ 0.6μm) to reduce the flue gas scouring resistance. External heat dissipation fins (with a spacing of 5mm and a thickness of 2mm) are added to reduce the impact of heat conduction from high-temperature flue gas on internal components. After a 260℃ static thermal aging test (1000h), the body has no deformation or oxide scale shedding, and can long-term withstand high-temperature flue gas of 200~260℃ in the chimney.
A high-temperature ceramic fiber gasket (temperature resistance > 300℃, excellent thermal shock resistance) is used between the temperature-sensing element and the body to avoid seal failure under high temperature;
The temperature-sensing element slot, and the connection between the nozzle and the body are sealed by nickel-based alloy welding to prevent acid gas penetration at high temperatures;
DN15 standard interface, compatible with industrial pipelines: adopts NPT interface, suitable for galvanized steel pipes/stainless steel pipes commonly used in chimney fire protection, no special conversion joints are required. During installation, the distance between the water splashing disc and the chimney top plate is 75~150mm (adjustable), which meets the requirements of relevant specifications for industrial sprinkler installation.
Acid gas neutralization: Water mist absorbs acid gases such as SO₂ and NOₓ, reducing the concentration of pollutants in flue gas emissions;
Smoke suppression: Water mist captures smoke particles to meet environmental protection emission requirements.
